I saw a lone magpie at lunchtime Friday and knew you were gone. I am just so glad I had a chance for a girlie chat when you were still able, but I was unfortunately too late in planning my visit. I will always remember our fun and serious times(although they too were always fun!) together at UH. It was weird being in Hertfordshire and travelling the roads we used on our many professional visits. I am not at all surprised that you have donated your body to medical research - there was never any stopping you! Shame they cannot access your laugh! You will be sadly missed.
