I remember Heather from when my Mum worked with her at Oxford Poly. She always seemed larger than life to me then, very loud and always laughing! I was very sad to hear of her death, but reading all these messages shows me how much she was loved and will be missed by her family and friends. Thinking of Sian and Derek at this sad time.
