To me you will always be Heather Jenkins, my childhood playmate. We had a unique system of communication, shouting to each other across the back gardens. How the neighbours must have loved us! You were an amazing person, always there for other people and their problems. When I was ill in 2003 your support was very much appreciated. I shall miss our lunch dates in Toddington. Your courage during this wretched illness was outstanding, still managing to smile and laugh, as I said you were amazing.
